The Australian pelican has the longest beak among birds. The length of its beak can reach 50 cm (19.7 in).

The Australian pelican (Pelecanus conspicillatus) has the longest beak of any living bird. Male beaks can be up to 50 cm (19.7 in)  long, while female beaks are slightly shorter, up to 34.5 cm (13.6 in) long.
